1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AirCoding's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AirCoding provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development (Flutter/React Native)
• Custom website design and development
• AI-powered chatbot development
• Workflow automation solutions
• UI/UX design services

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work created specifically for them. AirCoding retains the right to use general concepts, techniques, and non-confidential elements in future projects. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before project commencement
• Milestone payments may be applicable for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Project Timeline

We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. Significant scope changes will require a revised agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

AirCoding's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary methods and pricing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
